Jiangsu Jiangheng Valve Industry Co., Ltd., formerly known as Funing County Valve Factory founded in 1965, is the birthplace of automatic control instrument pipe valves in China. The company always pays attention to technological innovation, gathers relevant professional and technical talents, focuses on the field of fluid control, and is committed to the research and production of valves for harsh working conditions.
Since the early 1970s, the company has successfully developed a series of new products including card sleeve needle valves, power station valves, bimetallic drain valves, oilfield thermal recovery valves, self-cleaning hard seal ball valves, double eccentric hard seal half globe valves, wear-resistant ball valves, low leakage control valves, oxygen valves, ultra-low temperature valves, and three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valves. The product has been applied to users such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, National Energy, and Yitai, and has been recognized by engineering companies such as Aerospace Engineering, China Huanqiu, and Wison.
The company currently has three production bases in Funing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of 235 acres and a factory building area of nearly 120000 square meters. It has more than 300 employees and is equipped with more than 300 intelligent CNC equipment (such as 5-meter gantry machining center, 5-meter CNC vertical lathe, 2.5-meter integrated lathe, etc., all of which are well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers) and more than 100 sets of testing equipment. The company has also built a 1000 square meter cleanroom ranging from 100000 to 100 levels, ultra-low temperature valve testing equipment, valve flow resistance testing equipment, and valve life testing equipment. It has the manufacturing capacity to produce 100000 sets of wear-resistant valves annually.
The company's "JH" brand trademark has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO10012 certifications, special equipment manufacturing license (TS certification), API 6D, API 600, API 602, API 609 logo certification, API6FA, API607, API 624 test certification, SIL, CE, CU-TR and other certifications, and has obtained CCS, ABS, BV and other classification society certifications. The company is a first tier network supply unit such as Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, a member unit of China Valve Association, an executive vice director unit of Jiangsu Valve Association, and an "AA" level quality credit unit.
The main products include all metal hard sealed triple eccentric butterfly valves, oxygen valves, ultra-low temperature valves, coal chemical wear-resistant ball valves, double eccentric half globe valves, track ball valves, long-distance pipeline ball valves, control valves, marine valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, drain valves, etc. The nominal pressure is 1.6-76.0MPa (150-4500Lb), the nominal diameter is DN15-4000mm (1/2-160 "), and the applicable temperature is -196 ℃ to 900 ℃. The products are widely used in petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, marine engineering, smelting LNG、 Industries such as electricity, urban pipeline networks, and new energy.
