Jiangsu Jiangheng Valve Industry Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as Jiangheng Valve Industry) whose predecessor is Funing County Valve Factory, is located in Funing, the birthplace of China's automatic control instrument, tube, and valve, With a profoundscientific research foundation and corporate culture precipitation, Jiangheng Valve lndustry is committed to the R&D and production of industrial valves on the basis of Funing County Valve Factory's advantages in the main business, brand, quality assurance, technology, and management. Jiangheng's products are widely applied in oil, natural gas, chemical industry,electric power, metallurgy, new energy, and other industrial fields.

The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certifcation, ISO45001 occupational health system certification,ISO10012 measurement system certification, special equipment manufacturing license (TS),API6D, API600, API602 & API609 certification, CE certification and has obtained API607 & API6FA fire safe certification, API624 fugitive emission testing certification, ISO15848 low leakage test certification, and SIL functional safety certification, etc.

In 2021, to accelerate company's group development strategy and realize the integration of R&D, production, and sales of headquarters economic entity enterprises, the company invested 250 million yuan to build a new factory in Funing County Economic Development Zone. The new factory covers an area of 12.3 acres with a plant area of nearly 30,000 square meters. Jiangheng introduced technical talents, vertically integrated the manufacturing of industrial valves, customized high-end professional production equipment, and advanced testing equipment, and newly added more than 100 sets of advanced CNC equipment, including a 5m CNC vertical lathe, 5m gantry machining center, 2.5m and 1.6m boring and milling machine, JP-8000 supersonic flame spraying system, multistation large tonnage isometric welding machine, imported horizontal and vertical machining centers, and imported three-coordinates measuring instrument. ln addition, the company has also jointly developed 2.5m,1.6m, and 800mm special lathes for turning and grinding with well-known machine tool manufacturers in China,and built a 1000 square meters of class 100,000 oxygen valve cleaning workshop, ultra-low temperature test device and control valve fluid test device. At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 100000 sets of valves.

The main products are gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, high temperature and pressure power plant valve, control valve, orbit ball valve, long distance pipeline ball valve, steam trap, etc.,especially self-cleaning metal-seated ball valve applied in latex industry, double offset metal-seated ball valve,metal-seated triple eccentric butterfly valve for severe working conditions(super high pressure, bidirectional sealing), oxygen valve, cryogenic valve, wear-resistant ball valve(WC flame plating) for coal chemical, and eccentric semi-ball valve(C type). Jiangheng valves function in service ranging from -196 to 900 , with size ranging from 1/2inch to 160inch(DN15-DN4000) and pressure of ASME ranging from Class150 to Class4500(1.6Mpa-76Mpa).The products are widely applied to the engineering projects of customers such as PetroChina, Sinopec,Chinalco, China Shenhua, Jinneng, Yitai, Huayi, Jiutal, Shandong Runyin, Ningbo Shunze,Zhejiang Vitai, etc., meanwhile, the product quality has been recognized by China HQCEC,TIANCHEN,SEDIN,WUHUAN,HUALU,WISON,Synfuels China,CASC and other engineering companies.
