Jiangsu Jiangheng Valve Industry Co., Ltd., formerly known as the Funing County Valve Factory established in October 1965, is a pioneer in China’s instrumentation and valve industry. With a long history and a focus on technological innovation, the company brings together relevant technical talent. Specializing in fluid control, Jiangheng is dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of valves for demanding applications.

Since the early 1970s, we have successively developed various products, including compression fitting needle valves, high-temperature high-pressure power station valves, bimetallic steam traps, TB and XS series steam traps, large-capacity double-seat rotary float steam traps, high-temperature high-pressure direct flow globe valves and check valves, self-cleaning metal-seated ball valves for the latex industry, split-body double-eccentric metal-seated ball valves, integral seat metal-seated ball valves, tungsten carbide coated wear-resistant ball valves, coal cut-off valves, anti-crystallization wear-resistant ball valves, duplex steel valves, low-leakage cage control valves, oxygen valves, cryogenic ball valves, cryogenic butterfly valves, and triple eccentric metal-seated butterfly valves.

These products have been widely applied by major clients such as PetroChina, Sinopec, Chalco, Shenhua, Yitai, Huayi, Jutai, Runyin, and Jinneng, and have gained recognition from leading engineering companies including China Huanqiu, Tianchen, SEDIN, Wuhuan, Hualu, Wison, Sinopec Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering.

The company currently operates two production bases in the Funing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, located less than 3 kilometers apart. The first factory is located at No. 6 Huangma Road, and the second factory at No. 30 Xiexin Avenue, Funing Economic Development Zone. The total area covers 75 mu (approximately 50,000 square meters), with a building area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The company employs over 200 staff and is equipped with advanced machinery such as a 5-meter CNC vertical lathe, a 5-meter CNC gantry machining center, a 2.5-meter CNC boring and milling machine, and a 0.8 to 2.5-meter lathe-grinding integrated machine developed jointly with a machine tool manufacturer. Additionally, we have over 300 CNC machines including multi-station high-tonnage plasma welding machines, imported horizontal and vertical machining centers, and imported coordinate measuring machines, along with more than 100 sets of inspection equipment.

The company has also established a 1,000㎡ Class 100,000 clean workshop for oxygen valves, equipped with cryogenic valve testing machines, valve flow and flow resistance testing machines, and valve life testing machines. We now have the capacity to manufacture 100,000 sets of wear-resistant valves annually.

The registered trademark is "JH" and the company has obtained certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, measurement system certification, Special Equipment Manufacturing License (TS certification), API 6D, API 600, API 602, API 609 Monogram certifications, etc.

The main products include valves designed for severe service conditions, such as full metal metal-seated triple eccentric butterfly valves, oxygen valves, cryogenic valves, wear-resistant ball valves for coal chemical applications, double eccentric hemispherical valves, orbital ball valves, long-distance pipeline ball valves, control valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and steam traps. The nominal pressure ranges from 1.6 to 76.0 MPa (150 to 4500 Lb), with nominal diameters from DN15 to DN4000 mm (1/2" to 160"). The valve design temperature ranges from -196℃ to 900℃. These products are applicable for industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, metal smelting, long-distance natural gas and oil pipelines, LNG (liquefied natural gas), thermal power networks, and gas distribution networks.
