No wear on the switch: The ball deviates from the valve seat and then rotates, eliminating friction with the valve seat and solving the problem of valve sealing affected by mutual friction between sealing surfaces.
The top mounted structure adopts a top mounted design, ensuring that the replacement and maintenance of internal parts of the valve can be carried out online by disassembling the valve cover.
Single seat design: The static single seat of the track ball valve ensures zero leakage in both directions, avoiding the problem of pressure increase in the inner chamber of the double seat.
Wear resistant hard sealing surface valve core: The sealing surface of the valve core is welded with a layer of hard alloy and polished, which can meet the sealing performance in very harsh media situations.
Low torque operation: Due to the lack of friction on the sealing surface of the track ball valve, the rotational torque is small. Except for oversized sizes that require gears, small gears can be equipped.
